Perfect for Weight Watchers too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is one of those recipes that you only have to make once until you end up with requests for it. Someone in my family always asks me to make it for our family gatherings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I usually make it in a double to triple batch so that there&#8217;s plenty to go around. I like it because it&#8217;s easy to make, uses lots of healthy ingredients and its taste is out of this world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I make this for potlucks, picnics, and family meals. You can use it as a dip, salad, or main dish. Beans, avacado, corn, and cilantro, all of my favorites all rolled into one delicious recipe. YUM! Do not add the cilantro until right before serving. If you add avocado that will turn brown and the cilantro will wilt if stored in fridge before serving for any longer than a few hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But you can prep everything else in advance and just add in the last two ingredients a few minutes before heading out. You just need to give it a good stir and it&#8217;ll be ready to go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t worry you can always keep leftovers for a few days as well. The cilantro will still taste fine it will just be a little wilted.
