I do have to admit I was a bit surprised by how much the meat shrank during the cooking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 4 lb brisket looked very small after 6 hours in the crockpot. After it was shredded, there was plenty of meat to go around along with the veggies and potatoes. Just keep in mind that if it looks like a TON when you start out it will likely shrink down a lot while cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which WW Program are these points for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>WW has definitely changed from 2020 to now. They went from three to one plan to multiple plans and back to one plan again.
