You can also prep this recipe in bags for easy meals that come right out of the freezer and go into the slow cooker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make this a freezer meal just put the raw chicken and salsa into a freezer bag and lay it flat to freeze. When you want to make this recipe just pull out the frozen chicken and thaw it in the refrigerator overnight or place into the Crockpot to cook from frozen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind that cooking from frozen is not recommended in the Crockpot but can be done in the Instant Pot.
